2. Nature of our services

We guide individuals in finding a property or region in Spain (Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida). Our role is that of an independent guide — we are not an estate agent or seller, and have no exclusivity on properties.

For the actual purchase and legal process, we work with specialised partners (lawyer, notary, gestor), clearly identified for each phase.

3. No-obligation introductory meeting

A first (online or in-person) introductory meeting is free and without obligation. Here we discuss your situation and search requirements. No commitment arises.

4. Guidance agreement

When you decide to work with us, we draw up a written guidance agreement in which scope, duration, costs and mutual obligations are clearly described.

5. Fees

Our fees are always communicated in advance and transparently. No surprises afterwards.

6. Liability

We carry out our work with the greatest care, but are never liable for decisions you make yourself based on our advice, or for the actions of third parties (sellers, notaries, banks, etc.) with whom you deal directly.

Our total liability is in any case limited to the amount you have paid us under the agreement.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website (texts, photos, design, logo) is the property of Tu Travesía and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Privacy

For the processing of personal data, please refer to our privacy policy.

9. Applicable law

These terms and all agreements with Tu Travesía are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts in Alicante, Spain.
