It depends heavily on the region, the type of home and the location. Apartments are generally lower than detached villas; we show the price and features for each home.

Can I, as a foreigner, buy new-build in Spain?+
Yes. Foreign buyers can purchase property in Spain without restrictions. You need an NIE number and we guide the entire process — from reservation to notary.
Is new-build energy-efficient?+
Yes. Modern new-build meets current Spanish energy standards (often label A or B), with good insulation and increasingly solar panels.
How soon can I move in?+
Turnkey projects are available immediately; off-plan projects usually complete within 12 to 24 months.
