Living in a coastal town does not mean everything is within walking distance. So we look at neighbourhoods that stay alive in winter too.

Close to the sea you often choose an apartment; a private garden is easier to find slightly inland.
We keep the purchase price and the additional costs separately in view.

For winter residents, sun orientation and heating matter more than summer amenities.
